This is more than coursework. It's a set of tools, interactive sessions and coaching that will help you identify your leadership style and give you the support to build on your strengths and overcome your weaknesses.

Our goal is to build solid management practices and significant leadership capability throughout the organization, develop a world-class bench strength for critical positions and address unique organizational needs through leadership development.

The Leadership Institute can help you become the leader you aspired and required to be. Participate with enthusiasm and determination and encourage managers that report you to do the same. Step up to the leadership challenge and have some fun with it!

Focusing on Leadership Assets

Identify First, know your talent. Great leaders know their best leadership assets. They spend time trying to identify who is making (or will make) a difference. They know who are the best of the best - and highest potential individuals.
Assign Assign the jobs with development in mind. We have found that assigning the most critical jobs to our difference-makers helps everybody win. We test our leaders' capability, and we develop their skills at the same time. Great leaders give the most critical jobs to their best and highest potential people, they promote rotations.
Develop Prioritize development. Learning and development is always required, even for world champions; great leaders know that and act on it. They improve skills through formal development programs, through feedback and coaching, as well as through challenging jobs and assignments.
Measure Measure progress and results. Great leaders ask for feedback, get interested on how being better at every opportunity. No matter how simple or complex a test can be, they use the results to produce meaningful conversations to identify what to do differently.
