Competency Development Model

In view of the theoretical researches and managing practices for years, Motorola University has established a complete supply chain training and consulting system on the basis of a unique competency development model consisting of the following three levels:

• Vision and Strategy: the competencies of managing on a strategic level required by the position as senior leaders of supply chain
