Motorola University designed five institutes to differentiate learning solutions specializing in Leadership and Management, Quality, Go-To-Market, Supply Chain, and Engineering. The five institutes facilitate the development of competency models and curriculum development, and provide expertise with strategic learning solutions.

Motorola University also collaborates with some other training and consulting service bodies, such as prestigious universities and industry institution partners.
